Moving to the Daytona Beach areas as a young college graduate wasn’t an easy process, but after taking a vacation to the area with her husband in 2004, it was an easy decision. Tiffany & her husband packed up their meager belongings and made the move in order to live out their dream of residing in the Sunshine State that so many others have shared. Having lived in the greater Daytona Beach area for over 16 years, Tiffany has grown to
love all the area has to offer including boating, fishing, enjoying the many natural springs, the variety of restaurants, and the many events and cultures that come together to make such a friendly, inviting community for all. Spending the majority of her professional career in the field of social services, Tiffany has always had a passion for helping others identify and obtain their personal goals. Real Estate is no different and it remains Tiffany’s passion to help others better their lives by guiding them through the steps of buying or selling a home!

Justin Garten

Justin has a passion for all things Florida! After visiting the Daytona Beach area in 2004, he and his wife decided that this was where they wanted to be, so two young adults packed what they had and took the leap.

Living in the area for over 16 years has given Justin and his wife time to fall in love with more than just Florida’s beaches. Justin is an avid fisherman and would be the first to give you his favorite fishing coordinates if you asked. He also enjoys kayaking, heading to the springs and watching every launch from Kennedy Space Center that he can.

Justin has an extensive knowledge of sales and never misses an opportunity to educate himself in Real Estate or any related fields.

Justin believes that home ownership is something that can improve your qualify of life, and whether you’re buying your first home, selling your current home or looking to invest in Real Estate, Justin has made it his priority to help you every step of the way!
